JobFlow tracker
See your whole job search in Rigo on one board. Move each job from search to application, interview and offer — JobFlow keeps the date of every move and shows what is working, using only your own data.

How to use JobFlow
A job search is easier to manage when you can see it. JobFlow puts every job you are pursuing in Rigo on a board with five columns — Job search, Applied, Interviewing, Offer and Closed — so you always know what is waiting on you and what is waiting on an employer.
Working the board
- Add jobs you are interested in to “Job search”, before you apply.
- Move the card as things happen: drag it, or use the arrows on the card (handy on a phone). Each move is saved with its date.
- Close it out. Moving a card to “Closed” asks how it ended — accepted, rejected or withdrawn — so your numbers stay honest.
- Follow up. Cards that have sat in “Applied” for 14 days or more are flagged.
What the numbers mean
Interview rate is the share of the jobs you applied to that reached an interview or later. Response rate is the share that got any answer — an interview, an offer or a rejection. Days to first reply is measured from your applied date to the first move after it. All of them are calculated from your own board only; there are no averages from other people.
Need dates, next actions and AI help for each application? Use the application planner — it can copy any application onto this board.
Who can see my board?
Only you. It is saved to your Expertini account, so it is the same on your phone, your computer and in the Expertini app. Employers never see it.
Can I import a spreadsheet?
Yes. “Import CSV” reads a file with a header row; JobFlow recognises columns such as Title, Company, Location, Source, Stage, Applied date, Salary, Link and Notes. A file exported from the old JobFlow works as it is.
I used the old JobFlow. Where are my applications?
The old version kept them only in your browser. Sign in on the same browser and this page offers to move them to your account in one click.
Does JobFlow cost anything?
No. The board, import, export and report are free on every plan.
